About Us

The Company

Dave Harrington and Mike Kearns launched SIE Consulting Group as seasoned public and private sector management consultants, having worked for consulting companies large and small, helping organizations address their acquisition-related challenges. With years of experience under their belts, they began to notice what separated successful projects from those that failed to deliver quantifiable results: expertise and empowerment. And this is what differentiates us from other management consulting companies. We employ best-in-class execution-level consultants and management from top consulting firms who possess the category/industry expertise to effectively predict and avert roadblocks, and our team consistently demonstrates the internal empowerment to recommend a change of course based on the current environment.

At SIE, we firmly believe that an engagement cannot be considered successful if we don’t make our clients better. Better organizations, better employees, better professionals. In order to accomplish this, establishing trust is imperative. We commit to working with our clients to build a trust that is rarely seen in a consulting relationship. Once our clients understand our commitment to making them better, we realize the level of team cooperation required to do great things. And once those great things are achieved and the client is better than when we arrived, we can leave knowing that the engagement was a success. Nothing gives us more satisfaction than seeing our clients receive recognition, awards, and promotions for work that we helped them perform.

Our processes are proven in both the public and private sectors. We know how to succeed. We thrive on getting there and making our clients better along the way. We always have one goal in mind – helping our clients transform Procurement and Operations to achieve success. We do this by staying true to our company’s core values of Service, Integrity and Excellence.
